How to Order
To place an order online, just click on the bookmark style of your choice. You will then be taken to that style's order page. Fill in the appropriate information for the bookmark size and with or without photo, click “Add to Cart” and you will be taken to the cart page where you can update the quantity and continue with the payment process.
To pay without a PayPal account, go to the area that says, "Do not have a PayPal account?" and click the bottom link.
To update shipping preferences, first continue checkout. On the page where you place your PayPal account sign-in information, or choose the other link, you will see at the top a place to put your zip code. Type that in and it will give you the general shipping fee. Later, you will see where there is a pull-down menu next to shipping and you may choose Priority Mail at that time. The prices are shown.
There will not be an area for sending your information electronically through the website. Please use email attachments or fax to submit information. You may send that information to orders@cadeeinc.com with your receipt ID number in the subject area.
Once we receive your order information, order and payment, our professional layout artists will lay it out and send you a proof via email; usually within a couple of business days. If you need it swiftly, please contact us at service@cadeeinc.com for procedure. Orders are mailed within about a week to 10 days after final email approval of proofs.
To order offline, you may print out our order form, fill it out and mail with appropriate information. If you send an email where you can be reached, we will send you a proof as discussed in the above paragraph. Orders will be handled in the same manner. If you do not have an email where we can send your proof, we will proof your layout ourselves.
By the way, please do not cut up your photographs. There is no need. Our photo editors will work with your photos to extract only the image of the person you request and if need be add a professional backdrop to that image. Cutting up photos makes their job more difficult and ruins valuable photographs. Please trust us to do the best job possible for those photo needs. All photos will be returned untouched.
